Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Worldwide Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Banks and Customs brokers to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
- Create ACID for imported shipments.
- Revise import documentation to ensure compliance with Egyptian Customs regulations.
- Follow up daily with freight forwarders on incoming shipments and delivery schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Foreign Trade, Logistics and Customs regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth import operations.
- Maintain accurate records of import transactions and ensure proper archiving for audit and compliance purposes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in import or logistics operations.
- Very good understanding of Incoterms, Payment terms and international trade regulations.
- Excellent command of English.
- Very good Microsoft Office skills.
