Job description
A Social Media Specialist at Mamiba manages all of Mamiba’s brands online presence

Main Responsibilities:
Manage social media platforms.
Create an online marketing plan.
Optimize budget spending on online ads.
Engage with customers and provide weekly feedback to marketing team and handle all complaints within 24 hours.
Respond to customer requests.
Follow up on orders with the Operations Team.
Submit weekly reports.

Requirements:
2 – 3 years of experience in managing social media accounts.
Fluent in English
Excellent written Arabic and English
